The gaming industry has been involved in bad business for a while now. They have attacked the consumer, demonized the male gaze, and have become so greedy in every possible way that paying players are having buyer's remorse more often than not. On top of all that AAA gaming continues to push the agenda, and is still hellbent on selling propaganda more than an actual worthwhile experience for all gamers. Compound this all with the current state of the world, and the looming nuclear holocaust, and we've got a situation that could easily put the final nail in the coffin of the industry.
Not only is the industry facing potential server blackouts, and company-wide shutdowns over bad financial decisions, but the threat of warfare aims to potentially destroy any future it might have had. I think, in all seriousness, that priorities are going to shift in the near future. It think it's going to turn into a fight for survival, and that the bread & circuses we often enjoy will take a backseat in relevance to our basic needs. I'm sorry to disappoint a lot of you, but GTA6 might never see the light of day.
I'll be honest in saying I think studios knew this was coming, and that's why their greed efforts increased. I think they were making a mad dash for that last bit of cash, before it all blew up. The entertainment industry, in general, is bedfellows with the corporations who have been pulling the strings for their technocracy. In fact gaming has become a hub for their political agendas. It's why censorship is a thing, and why ideological indoctrination is a key element of game design for most bigger studios. They hate on the heterosexual male population, and on whites in tandem with the elite who have made their goals clear regarding racial replacement and the global reset.
Whatever happens gaming will never again be what it once was, and it's viability will be greatly challenged going forward as the paying player base dwindles due to economic fallout, and the ongoing eugenics efforts. I imagine, if anything, gaming will be used in the worst Orwellian way possible in the coming tyrannical dystopia. I hope to not be around to see it. I don't know about you, but I'm about done with gaming, with what it's become. It's a shell of it's former self. That's what happens in a world fixated on exploiting it's citizens as if they were livestock for the farming.
